Founded by Cas Renders Sr in the early 70s, Renders Management BV was one of the first boutiques active in Dutch mid-market mergers and acquisitions. Cas Sr’s experience with mergers and acquisitions grew substantially as general country manager at Pfizer and DeGruyter (SHV). This led Cas Renders Sr to the idea to start his own boutique to put his newly honed skills to work.

Cas Renders Jr joined his father’s company in 1985 after completing his MBA in the USA. It didn’t take long for Cas Jr to close his first deals. Cas was part of the IPO of Beter Bed and served as a Board Member for over a decade.

The firm focuses on M&A target industries such as Energy (Oil & Gas, Green & Alternative, Service providers), TMT (Technology, Media, Telecom) and Service Industries (Management Consulting, Trust & Finance, IT Consulting).
